Post-Concussion Syndrome (OHIP-Funded)

In the midst of darkness, light persists.

-Mahatma Ghandhi

With so much misinformation about persistent concussion symptoms and how to resolve them, patients often feel overwhelmed.  The right knowledge about what’s happening to you – physiologically – and how to train your brain back to health can help you get better and faster.

In these sessions, we will discuss concussions and the most common symptoms occurring post-concussion:

  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Insomnia
  • Visual Disturbances

Duration: 8 weeks. 45-minute sessions/per week online over OTN

Counseling facilitator:  Dr. Taher Chugh
Please note: While we endeavor to limit the session to the allotted time, at times, the sessions go overtime because of discussion and questions. Please keep this in mind when scheduling group counseling appointments. We recommend that you do not book anything else for 30 minutes after each group session.
